The Blue Ribbon Events team has produced the Annual Raising the Bar Conference for the Maryland Workforce Association since 2019 as well as 2021 (virtual), 2022, 2023, 2024 and have been contracted for 2025.  This three-day event attracted over 1,200 workforce professionals and educators from various parts of Maryland to discuss evidence-based solutions and promising practices for developing Maryland’s workforce system. In collaboration with the Steering Committee, Blue Ribbon manages hotel and banquet contracts, hotel room blocks, speaker and exhibitor communications, room configurations, evening receptions, all day-of logistics and budgets.
