Do you have a planning committee in place but need direction? Blue Ribbon is here to assist you during the planning phase of your event. This includes brainstorming a theme, producing a timeline for planning and execution, as well as providing a list of vendor suggestions.
To alleviate the stress an event can cause, our Blue Ribbon team will be on-site the day of your event to facilitate a smooth execution.
We will need to meet with the client at least two weeks prior to the event date to ensure our team is updated on all event details.
Blue Ribbon will take on everything from the brainstorming through the execution of the event. We will meet at least once a week and as needed to ensure event success. From location and color scheme to vendor contracts and necessary permits, Blue Ribbon will fulfill all needs.
